Our Warm at Home programme ended on 5th March 2016, having tackled cold homes for vulnerable people since April 2015.
The Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research (CRESR) at Sheffield Hallam University are completing an evaluation study which will be published this summer.
We already know that the scheme delivered significant levels of help:
* more than 3,600 home assessments for vulnerable households
* identified 426 Warm Home Discount qualifiers during the delivery period
* identified 398 new PSR customers who might otherwise not have come forward but for our face to face at-home assessment
* more than 2,600 works completed, ranging from draught-proofing to boiler replacements
