npower Health Through Warmth (HTW) Crisis Fund offers help to people in most areas of England* who have long-term illnesses and are finding it hard to fund heating and insulation measures in their homes. Clients don’t have to be or become an npower customer, to receive help.
Who qualifies for help?
People with long-term illness who own and occupy their own home, who also have a low income and little or no savings (which are assessed) and cannot fully fund the work themselves.
Please read the latest Guidance before completing and submitting the application form to FILT. If you require a ‘notes sheet’ in order to make sure that you obtain the necessary information when visiting the client this can be downloaded here.
Before beginning the application process please download, print and sign the application authorisation – the client and a representative of the HIA must sign and date the form and upload it when requested on the form.
